My rescheduling and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while also accommodating unexpected circumstances. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible, and we can work together to find a new suitable date and time. Regarding cancellations, I kindly request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session. This allows me the opportunity to potentially fill your slot with another client. However, if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled session without reasonable justification, your retainer fee will be applied to cover incurred costs.
